Market Capitalization of Mongolian Stock Exchange reached 1 trillion tugriks’ mark and stood at 1,021.5 billion tugriks. This was due rises of "Shivee ovoo" /2.90%/, "Tavan tolgoi" /15.0%/, "Germes Center" /4.17%/, "Baganuur" /5.25%/, "Naco fuel" /3.57%/, "Makhimpex" /3.70%/, "Jenco tour bureau" /4.40%/.
Central Bank exchange rate of tugriks was 1301.09 per USD.
FINANCIAL REGULATORY COMMITTEE MEETING HAS BEEN HELD
Financial Regulatory Commission (FRC) scheduled meeting has been held and by decree of August 25, 2010 “ACE and T Securities” LLC (former “Wordkey”) has been given a special license to conduct investment advisory services.
Also, broker dealer, investment advisory “CCP” LLC special license has been extended by 3 years.
Also, the meeting has issued a resolution to register additional shares issued by “Nako fuel” and “Hi Bi Oil” JSC’s. “Nako fuel” will issue 1 615 721 shares and “Hi Bi Oil” will issue 2 234 268 shares, respectively.
In order to investigate if “Sharyn gol” JSC share trading is been done by using insider information and/or to distort the market, and based on Financial Regulatory Commission State Inspector’s Official Request no.: 115, the company’s share trading has been temporarily stopped beginning from August 26, 2010.
