the Mongolian Stock Exchange JSC has prepared a draft amendment to its “Securities Registration Regulation” in order to align it with the updated regulatory framework.
The secondary market trading of these securities will commence today (September 18, 2025) under the following symbols.
On December 14, 2022, at the regular meeting of the Government of Mongolia, the regulation on "Open Digital Trading for Coal Export" was approved.
Consequently, 30% of the coal exports of “Erdenes Tavantolgoi” JSC will be traded through the MSE trading system transparently under the regulation of the Financial Regulatory Commission until July 1, 2023.
