In relation to the decision of the Government of Mongolia to trade copper concentrate through the Mongolian stock exchange (MSE) in February 2024, , "MSE will organize the first trading of copper concentrate on April 29, 2024 at 4:00 p.m.
The Board of Directors of "UB-BUK" JSC held a meeting on February 15, 2023, and according to the financial results of 2022, it was decided to distribute a dividend of 5 MNT per share.
The list of shareholders entitled to receive dividends is set as the date of registration of the shareholder's regular meeting, and it was decided to distribute the dividends to the shareholders at "UB-BUK" JSC as of June 1, 2023.
