According to Resolution No. 14 of the Board of Directors of "Mongolian Stock Exchange" JSC dated May 19, 2023, an extraordinary meeting of shareholders was organized on June 30, 2023, and members of the Supervisory Board, regular members, and independent members of the Board were elected at this extraordinary shareholders meeting.

Today (2023-07-07), the Board held its first meeting with 100% attendance, and D. Togtokhbayar, head of the Finance and Investment Department of the Mongolian National University of Education, has been elected the chairman of the Board with the majority votes.

In 2007, he graduated from the School of Business Management and Humanities of the Mongolian University of Science and Technology with a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Management, and in 2013, he graduated from the National Academy of Governance with a Master's degree in Public Administration respectively.

He started his career in 2007 as a specialist at "Mongolian Stock Exchange" JSC and has been promoted way up to Senior Specialist, Division Director, and Department Director.
