By Resolution No. 24/03 issued by the Board of Directors of "Bodi Insurance" JSC on January 26, 2024, it has been decided to distribute a total of 615,000,000 (Six hundred and fifteen million) MNT to shareholders from the net profit of 2023.

The dividend amount of 2.69 MNT per share will be transferred to the shareholders' accounts through "Mongolian Central Securities Depository" LLC by June 30, 2024.

The registration date for the list of shareholders eligible to receive dividends will be determined based on the registration date of the company's annual shareholders meeting in 2024.
