By Resolution No. 002/007/2024131-002 dated January 31, 2024, "Gazar Shime Uildver" JSC decided to distribute 80% of the company's net profit or a total of 5,607,169,808 MNT as dividend to shareholders from the net profit of 2023.

The registration date for the list of shareholders eligible to receive dividends has been set for February 20, 2024. The dividend of 4.68 MNT per share will be transferred to the shareholders' accounts through "Mongolian Central Securities Depository" LLC by April 30, 2024.
