According to resolution No. 24/TUZ/06 dated February 7, 2024, the Board of Directors of "Monlogistics Holding" JSC decided to distribute 35 percent of the company's net profit for the year 2023, or MNT 3,000,609,870.76 (three billion six hundred nine thousand eight hundred seventy tugriks and seventy-six mungu), as dividends to all the shareholders. 

The registration date for the list of shareholders eligible to receive dividends has been set as the registration date of the regular shareholders’ meeting.

The dividend of MNT 7.68 (seven tugriks and sixty-eight mungu) per share will be transferred to the shareholders' accounts through "Mongolian Central Securities Depository" LLC by April 30, 2024.
