According to resolution No. 02/02 dated February 15, 2024, the Board of Directors of "Innovation Investment" JSC decided to distribute 4 billion MNT or 70.2% of net profit for the year 2023 as a dividend to all the shareholders.

The company will distribute 21.63 MNT per share as a dividend.

The registration date for the list of shareholders eligible to receive dividends has been set as the registration date of the regular shareholders’ meeting, and dividend payment will be transferred to the shareholders' accounts through "Mongolian Central Securities Depository" LLC by June 28, 2024.
