According to resolution No. 01 dated February 19, 2024, the Board of Directors of "Khurd" JSC decided to distribute 304,348,500 MNT or 6.03% of net profit for the year 2023 as a dividend to all the shareholders.

The company will distribute 2,250 MNT per share as a dividend.

The registration date for the list of shareholders eligible to receive dividends has been set as the registration date of the regular shareholders’ meeting, and dividend payment will be transferred to the shareholders' accounts through "Mongolian Central Securities Depository" LLC within 2^nd  quarter of 2024.
