According to resolution No. 02 of the Board of Directors dated February 14, 2025, company has decided to distribute dividends to shareholders from the net profit for 2024.

The dividend is set at 100 MNT per share with voting rights and is planned to be distributed through the "Mongolian Central Securities Depository" LLC by April 30, 2025.
