According to the Resolution No.221 of Financial Regulatory Commission dated 24 November 2017, the decision to make listing amendment to “Davaanbulag” JSC has been approved allowing the company to issue additional 1,788,500 shares with the nominal price of MNT100.00 per share to convert its debt into equity. Existing shareholders will be given pre-emptive rights.
