In accordance with Board Resolution No.: 10 of "Bayanteeg" JSC dated April 03, 2020, "Bayanteeg" JSC announced that the Company will distribute 23.08 percent or MNT 500 million from its net profit for the year of 2019 by a dividend of MNT 1979.3 per share. The list of shareholders who are eligible for dividends will be determined as the record date of the shareholders' meeting and the dividends will be placed in the shareholders’ accounts held at Mongolian Central Securities Depository starting on December 01, 2020.
