“Bodi Insurance” JSC is offering its up to 35,297,958 shares on the primary market to strategic investors at the fixed price of MNT 113 per share, and at least 11,765,986 shares will be offered to public by the method of book building at the price between MNT113 and MNT135. The Company has determined the strategic investors as follows:

who subscribed its shares at the fixed price of MNT113 and applied to become a strategic investor;

who subscribed to purchase shares worth MNT 200,000,000 or more; and

who are obliged to lock their shares for at least 6 months according to the MSE's "Primary Market Trading Rules".
