Based on the CEO Order No.: A/44 of the Mongolian Stock Exchange of May 29, 2020, and FRC Resolution No.: 482 of June 10, 2020, the debt instruments offered by the ‘LendMN NBFI’ JSC to the public were listed on the Mongolian Stock Exchange and approved for trading. The primary market trading of Lend Bond will be organized through the Mongolian Stock Exchange in accordance with the following schedule:

Primary market trading of Lend Bond will be organized and allocated on a pro-rata basis in accordance with Chapter 4 of the ‘Primary Market Trading Rules’ of Mongolian Stock Exchange. In case of oversubscription, the following rules will apply:

In the first round, MNT 2.5 billion will be allocated as per follows:

Received orders will be listed in ascending order from MNT 100,000 to the highest amount;

The first MNT 100,000 order will be executed and followed by an increment of MNT 100,000 in each round until MNT 2,500,000,000 are fully allocated.

In the second round, the remaining unfulfilled orders will be allocated on a pro-rata basis:

After the first order is fulfilled, the remaining unfulfilled orders will be allocated on a pro-rata basis;

          The pro-rata allocation policy will be based on Clause No.: 10 of the ‘Primary Market Trading Rules’ of the Mongolian Stock Exchange.

In case of high demand in the market, i.e orders received are more than 25,000 /twenty-five thousand/, all orders will be fulfilled on a pro-rata basis.
