Erdene Resource Development Corporation, a dual listed company on Mongolian Stock Exchange and Toronto Stock Exchange, issued follow-up offering of 17,484,662 shares to raise MNT14,249,999,530, and subscriptions of primary market were conducted from October 4 to October 8, 2021 from 10:00 to 17:00.

Total of 1861 individuals and entities participated in primary market subscription and the the primary market order was oversubscribed by 46.2% with order of total 25,570,677 shares and value of MNT20,840,101,755

According to allocation policy by the lead underwriter, strategic investors subscriptions of 13,041,306 shares or MNT,628,664,390 worth will be fully filled, and public subscriptions of 4,443,356 shares or MNT 3,621,335,140 worth will be allocated on 35.5% pro-rata basis.

As the Financial Regulatory Commission deems primary market trading successful, the remaining balance for the unallocated orders will be enabled to transfer for the investors.
