According to Order No.: A/100 of CEO of the MSE dated on November 8, 2021, which was based on the Article.: 83.1 of Company law, the Clause.: 6.4 and 9.4.1 of Listing Rules of FRC, the Clause.: 23.11 of Listing Rules of the MSE, and the Clause.: 8.10.11 of the charter of the MSE, "Selenge Ar Khuvch" JSC, whose securities trading has not resumed or causes for suspension has not rectified and ten consecutive years elapsed since the suspension, and "Bayantalbai" JSC, "Dornod impex" JSC, "Durvun-uul" JSC, "Ulaansan" JSC, "Khaniin Material" JSC, "Khuduugiin Teever" JSC, and "Ereentsav" JSC that haven't qualified for the MSE's listing criteria and requirements were delisted from the MSE's listing.
