According to the Financial Regulatory Commission's Resolution No. 16, dated January 12, 2022, the license of "Ace and T capital UTSK" LLC to conduct regulated activities in the securities market has been revoked. The clients of "Ace and T capital UTsK" LLC will be transferred to "Tavanbogd Capital UTsK" LLC with no additional costs.
