In accordance with Board Resolution No.: 01/2022, dated January 26, 2022, "Tumen Shuvuut" JSC announced that the company will distribute 30% of its net profit for the year 2021 to its shareholders as a dividend.

The list of shareholders who are eligible for dividends will be determined as the record date of the shareholders' meeting, and the dividends will be placed in the shareholders' accounts held at Mongolian Central Securities Depository within July 1, 2022.
