A total of 60,000 units of “Omni Asset” ABS (code: 5010 / OABS), each with a face value of MNT 100,000 — have been delisted from the Exchange's registry
The primary market trading will be organized at 10:00 AM on December 10, 2025, during which 50,000 units of Government Domestic Securities (each with a face value of MNT 100,000) will be offered to the public, raising a total value of MNT 5.0 billion.
According to the Resolution No.: 01/22 of Board of Directors meeting of ‘Ard Insurance’ JSC, dated February 16, 2022, the Board approved to distribute dividends in the amount of MNT 1,000,000,000 or MNT 40 per share.
The list of shareholders who are eligible for dividends will be determined as the record date of the shareholders' meeting and the dividends will be placed in the shareholders’ accounts held at Mongolian Central Securities Depository within July 30, 2022.
