The 27th China Mining Conference and Exhibition 2025 is being held from October 23–25, 2025, at the Tianjin Meijiang Convention Center in Tianjin, China, under the theme “Connect and Collaborate, Co-build and Co-share.”

Within the framework of the conference, the “Mining in Mongolia” session was jointly organized by the Embassy of Mongolia in China, the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources of Mongolia, and the Mongolian National Mining Association (MNMA).

The session was officially opened by H.E. Mr. N. Enkhbold, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to the People’s Republic of China. Representatives from Mongolian government agencies and enterprises delivered presentations on the following topics:

Mr. Mendbayar.M, Head of Policy Planning and Research Department, Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, presented on “State Policy on Industry and Mineral Resources” and introduced Erdenes Tavan Tolgoi JSC;

Mr. Tuvshinbayar.S, Head of Petroleum Operations Department, Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, presented on “Current Status and Outlook of Mongolia’s Geology, Mining, and Petroleum Sector”;

Mr. Munkhbayasgalan.A, Director of the Monitoring and Regulation Department of the Mongolian Stock Exchange, delivered a presentation on “Trading Mineral Products through the Mongolian Stock Exchange”;

Mr. Yadamjav.D, Manager of Quality and Productivity at Erdenes Mongol LLC, shared insights on “Erdenes Mongol Group and Investment Opportunities.”

The session gathered more than 150 participants, including international experts, corporate representatives, and investors, who received up-to-date information about Mongolia’s mineral resources sector.
Since its inception in 1999, the China Mining Conference and Exhibition has become one of the largest and most influential international mining events, covering a wide range of topics including geological research, exploration, extraction, technology, equipment investment, and finance.
