"Gobi" JSC announced that the Board of Directors approved the distribution of MNT5.3 billion to its shareholders by a dividend of MNT6.8 per share on February 13, 2019.  The list of eligible shareholders will be determined by the record date of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and dividends will be paid as cash at the Company Office or transferred to shareholders' accounts according to their requests starting from April 25, 2019. Any remaining unpaid dividends will be transferred to the shareholders' accounts held at Mongolian Central Securities Depository.
