"Bayanteeg" JSC announced that the Board of Directors approved the distribution of MNT 999.9 million to its shareholders by a dividend of MNT3958.7 per share on February 11, 2019. The list of eligible shareholders will be determined by the record date of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and the dividends will be paid to the shareholders' accounts held at Mongolian Central Securities Depository within June 01, 2019.
