According to Order No.: A/66 of CEO of MSE dated on September 24, 2020, which was based on the Clause.: 3.2.1 and 3.2.10 of Listing Rules of FRC, the Clause.: 23.11 of Listing Rules of MSE, and the Letter No.: 8/4031, 11/3130 of General Authority for Intellectual Property and State Registration, "Urgun Khereglee" JSC and "Esgii Gutal" JSC whose securities trading has not resumed or causes for suspension has not rectified and five consecutive years elapsed since the suspension, and "Boroogiin Uildver" JSC, "Diesel Zuukhnii Ugsralt, Zasvariin Gazar" JSC and "Noyot Khairkhan" JSC that were removed from the State registration were delisted from MSE's listing.
